Antiques and Design Miami, is the most important and exclusive location in South Florida for the collection of antiques, collectibles, mid- century, art deco, vintage decor and design. Antiques & Design Miami is made up of 36 boutique stores. All stores have private parking and direct access to the most visible and highly trafficked street in South Florida (Biscayne Boulevard – US 1).
Located within 10 minutes of Downtown Miami, the Design District and Miami Beach. Its visibility, architecture and layout attract locals, dealers, international clients and designers from all over the world.
We are currently offering a move in special to facilitate the opening and or transferring of your antique/design boutique store.

As a new tenant you will receive the first month’s rent free as an incentive. As a store owner, you and your clients have access to private parking on site. Our rent prices are all inclusive and range from $2,500.00 - $4,290.00 per month.
